A case of racial discrimination, or is it just bad customer(s) care?

#britishairways a much needed post. I have been wanting to write one myself from my previous trip in 2012. Nevertheless, here it is. Racial discrimination against people, a voice out of a fellow passenger of who took the British Airways Flight. It does not matter against whom or who does it. It is Racial discrimination when its targeted at a group. @britishairways
